11th Annual GSU Cares @ Atlanta Community Food Bank (Saturday)

Join Georgia State alumni, faculty, staff and students for a service project at the Atlanta Community Food Bank Hunger Action Center. In its 11th year, the GSU Cares Service Projects are hosted by the Alumni Association and the Office of Civic Engagement. This is a valued tradition during which alumni, students, and friends of Georgia State gather to give back to our communities.

Volunteers may assist with a myriad of tasks including sorting and packing recently donated food, repackaging produce or grains for families, or boxing non-perishable items for seniors across Atlanta.  Volunteers must also register with Atlanta Community Food Bank using a secondary link sent separately.

All volunteers under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult. 

Each attendee will receive a GSU Cares t-shirt (while supplies last). Snacks and water will be provided.
