ACES Day is a day where all children all over the world are encouraged to exercise. This is the fourth year for ExerCYse' participation in ACES day.
You will man one station and exercise with the kids when they get to your station and then send them on to the next one. A station might be jumping jacks or push ups, very easy things to manage. There will be a leader at each school who will lead you to where you need to go. We will also have CY making a special stop at each school to play with the kids (and helpers)! We need a lot of help for this event to be a huge success! It's a great way to take a break, relax, and de-stress from taking and studying for finals. Even just an hour of your time will be a HUGE help!
Please join us on Wednesday, May 3rd from 11:00-1:00 to help us out! You can sign up for one or two shifts-- anything helps!
Rides can be coordinated among volunteers going to the same location.
