Cassidy Joined for Hope at the University of Texas

The Cassidy Joined for Hope at the University of Texas organization seeks to prevent young adult suicide. We are dedicated to providing resources, support, and education to the UT Austin community. Suicide prevention requires a community-wide effort, starting with students. By challenging the stigma and breaking the silence, we initiate life-saving conversations. Our goal is to educate students and faculty about warning signs through mental health awareness events. The Cassidy Joined for Hope Foundation raises awareness through student-led ‘Joined for Hope’ Clubs. The Cassidy Joined for Hope at the University of Texas organization promotes hope, kindness, and open discussions about mental health. We extend awareness through speaking engagements and community events designed to Break the Silence on suicide.
