About
We work primarily within the limits of Oxford and Lafayette County. We work to construct affordable housing with sponsors and volunteers from the community. Low-income families selected for home ownership contribute at least 500 hours of “sweat equity” and assume all responsibility for mortgages when they take possession of the property. Monthly payments are usually $500 or less.
