| Descripción | Come join us as we provide screening services at Project Homeless Connect! PHC provides an accessible way for families struggling with homelessness to access many different resources in one place. We will provide BP, glucose, and mental health screenings while connecting with those interested to our medical clinics. Event runs from 8:30am to 1:00pm. Feel free to sign up for both halves!
