Wondering if you should register to volunteer? Based on the CDC guidelines, we are asking you the following questions:
  1. Have you been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19? See the CDC’s risk assessment guidance.

  2. Do you have symptoms consistent with COVID-19? Symptoms can include a cough or shortness of breath or at least two of the following: Fever, Chills, Repeated shaking with chills, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat, New loss of taste or smell. See the CDC’s symptom information.

If you answered "yes" to any of those questions, we ask you not to register. We are doing all we can to align with best practices and keep our community healthy.

Volunteering at the Entrance/Exit Tent is a crucial part of the WFM COVID Safety Plan. The volunteers at this tent count customers as they enter the market, provide information to customers, and communicate with the volunteers at the entrance to keep them informed of how many customers have left the market.

Williamsburg Farmers Market (WFM) will be open from 8AM to 12PM in the Francis Street Parking Lot (P6) at 410 W Francis Street.

MASKS are required to enter the market. 

Please report at the WFM information/token tent about 10 minutes before your shift begins. The manager, Tracy Frey, and tent regular volunteers will be on hand to help orient you. Parking is free in the Francis St. parking lot during the market.

Wear a mask (we’ll have ones if you don’t) and a WFM Volunteer T-shirt, provided at the tent. Copies of the vendor location map will be available.
