• Ensure items are carefully handled and transported to the designated areas.

Setting Up Ballroom Tables:

• Lay tablecloths on all ballroom tables.
• Arrange centerpieces on each table according to the provided layout.

Organizing Silent Auction Area:

• Help set up the silent auction area.
• Ensure all items are displayed properly and the checkout area is organized for smooth transactions.
