Urgent: Sponsor Outreach & Partnership Volunteer

Volunteers can choose any time within this block to complete sponsor outreach tasks ,including researching ,contacting potential sponsors ,tracking communications, reporting progress. 

Responsbilities : 

• Research potential sponsors for the Business Award Ceremony 
• Reach out via email to assigned sponsors ,following guidance from the founder 
• Send follow up emails to potential and confirmed sponsors ( templates provided ) 
• Track sponsor information ,communications ,and commitments
• Maintain sponsor contact lists and outreach records 
• Share progress updates with the founder during or at the end of the shift 
• Assist with sponsor acknowledgments or materials if needed 
• Note : Each day requires 5 volunteers ,and the same volunteers will cover all daily shifts from Monday to Friday
