| Descripción | Swim Buddies is an inclusive, adaptive swim program designed to teach water safety and fundamental swim skills to participants with special needs and physical disabilities 4 years and up. The program focuses on building confidence, improving swimming skills, and promoting safe water habits in a supportive and engaging environment. Obtain 4 volunteer hours each day! Volunteer Role: As a Swim Buddies Volunteer, you will be paired one on one with a participant to provide encouragement and hands on support during swim instruction. No prior swim instruction or swim experience is required – just a positive attitude and a willingness to support individuals with varying needs in the water.
