| Descripción | Join us on Sunday, November 22nd as we provide essential healthcare for underserved populations at CAP, Inc.’s Annual Thanksgiving Event! We plan to perform health screenings and give out “blessing bags” to help people get a better picture of their health. Please arrive at the JFC at 10:30AM and plan to carpool to the event at Poindexter Park, 825 W. Capital Street, Jackson, MS 39203.
