I was able to dedicate my time to transcribing a 1943 newspaper into a Word document for the easy access whitespringranch.org offers. I spent about a week going through and making sure there was no typos as the grammar and certain words were spelled differently than we would today. Overall, it was a great experience learning more about the history of White Spring Ranch, and all that they offer!

I was able to last minute sign up to donate my blood just 45 minutes before. They were able to accommodate for me as soon as I got there. The volunteers working were so kind and you could tell they wanted to be there. It felt wonderful helping out my sorority for Greek week while helping those in need of blood. I understand some people can be scared of needles so I wanted to take the opportunity for those who may not be as confident to do so in my house.

I spent the day today creating and writing letters to foster children. I ended up sending out four personalized letters that were each designed using Canva and emailed them to letterstofosterchildren@gmail.com. This was not only a fun experience as it was a break from my studies but something that was beneficial to a community in need. There are many things we can take for granted so spending the time to give back to someone else less fortunate is something I want to continue practicing. I hope to make this a consist thing!

My sorority sisters and I helped host a food drive! It was an amazing experience getting involved with not only Greek Life but the communities in need. We were able to collect so many cans with the help of other community members. This was beneficial in many ways and it felt amazing to give back to Pullman.

I hosted a food drive with my sorority and it went so well! It was so fun getting to see members throughout my sorority and Greek community participate! We collected so much food for the community and it was very rewarding being able to help out in Pullman!
