The Beaufort-Hyde Partnership for Children (BHPC) provides programs, services and support for children between the ages of birth to 12 to empower them to be successful in school and in life. We provide opportunities to strengthen early experiences for children while also engaging families and early educators in high-quality early care to support the growth of the “whole child”.
In carrying out our work as part of the larger Smart Start system of agencies serving young children in our state, we embrace a shared vision of investing in our children in a way that encourages us to consider the needs of each child. As the lead organization in our service area for young children and their families, we collaborate with public and private partners for the success of our community.
