Post-Secondary Advisory Coach

The Post-Secondary Advisory Coach role will provide support to high school students as they develop their post-secondary plan. The goal is to ensure students are prepared and equipped for life beyond high school. 

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:  

• Supporting STEMWARE curriculum and learning development initiatives 

• Supporting college entrance activities such as ACT/SAT Prep, college applications, scholarship applications, etc. 

• Maintaining scholarship, internship and enrichment opportunity database for students 

• Supporting management, documentation and tracking of student progress 

• Designing strategies to maximize college acceptance and funding rates 

• Researching college experience and funding opportunities for students 

• Coordinating senior events and college entrance activities 

• Engaging with students as a mentor, tutor and role model
