Boy With a Ball is an international youth and community development organization. Love Your City is its key community development program where we reach and equip young people to see their lives changing as they turn to transform their communities. We do this by getting to know them and their families week after week in order to build friendships, mentoring relationships, and small groups.
You can join us this or any Saturday at 11 AM for a time together to get to know each other and for a brief orientation. Then, we head to the community where Love Your City happens. We end at around 3 PM after lunch.
Day: Saturdays. It would be so impactful to have you for as much as you want to be there, there is no pressure or requirement to come every Saturday!

What you will do: Walkthroughs and Tutoring happen at the same time. At Walkthroughs, you will be fighting to know every young person and their families in a section of a hurting neighborhood to see where there is opportunity for their lives to change. At Tutoring, you will be paired with at least one student to help them with reading and math activities while connecting with them deeply.
