Volunteers are needed to staff the Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony at 10:00AM on May 10th. We rely on our faculty, staff, and student volunteers to scan tickets, seat guests, assist with wayfinding, hold doors, and drive golf carts. Volunteer duties will be assigned upon arrival for the volunteer shift.
Timeline:
7:30AM Volunteers arrive
8:30AM Doors open
10:00AM Ceremony begins
12:00PM Ceremony ends

Volunteers should plan to attend a volunteer training session via Microsoft Teams on May 6th at 10:00AM. A recording will be provided for those unable to attend.
Detalles de estacionamiento
Volunteers will park in the gravel lot off of Burum Lane (behind Noble Jones restaurant). A parking pass will be provided in advance and should be displayed in your windshield. Please plan to enter through the side doors of the Marriott directly across from the fountain on James Brown Blvd.
