Dottie Jordan Park Fall Clean-Up

Join your fellow park lovers as we give back to this beautiful park we love!  The group will meet next to the Dottie Jordan Rec Center and get started at 9am.  Volunteers get a free It's My Park Day t-shirt designed by local artists! 

Our primary tasks for the day include:

• Picking up trash throughout the park
• Clearing debris from the creek
• Weeding beds & planting flowers
• Setting up for the Roots & Wings Festival happening the following day (Sunday, 2-5pm)

Please bring the following personal items:

• Water bottle
• Work gloves
• Hat/Sunscreen – the forecast looks warm & sunny!
• Tools – Austin Parks Foundation provides most of the tools we’ll need, but we could also use more wheelbarrows or wagons.

 Project registration will be limited so please only register if you are certain you can participate, and if something changes between registration and the event, please let us know so we can open that spot back up.
