- Support Shelter staff by handing out basic needs items such as toiletries, over-the-counter medications, and linens.
- Assist residents in making appointments with in-house service providers, such as the mental health therapist, nurse, and resource specialist.
- Additional tasks include sorting mail and donations.

There are currently 4 shifts per day, 7 days a week: 6am-8am, 11:30am-1:30pm, 5:15pm-7:15pm, and 6:45-8:45pm
- Volunteers typically commit to once a week or bi-weekly shifts.
