First and foremost, thank you for your incredible commitment to serving alongside us. Your time, compassion, and energy have been vital to helping us support and care for our homeless community.

Volunteer Guidelines

• Pre-Registration is Required
  All volunteers must sign up in advance for a designated role below.
  
  
• Unfortunately, walk-ins will not be allowed. If you are not listed on the official volunteer list below, you will be turned away at check-in.
   
• Arrival Time and Commitment
  When you sign up, you are committing to be present from 7:45 AM until 10:15 AM.
  We can no longer accommodate partial shifts or late arrivals. Please plan to stay for the entire volunteer time slot.  If you arrive after 8:00 am you will be turned away.
   
• Children and Families
  While we love seeing young hearts serving, but for safety reasons:
  • No children under age 8 are permitted.
  • Children 8 and older must be accompanied by an adult at all times.  You must sign your child up as a volunteer and take a slot in order for them to participate.
     
• No Pets Allowed
  Please do not bring pets, including dogs, when volunteering. For the safety of our guests and fellow volunteers, you will be asked to take your pet home if you arrive with one.
   
• Check-In Required
  Upon arrival, all volunteers must:
  • Sign in at the volunteer table
  • Sign a release of liability waiver (only need to do this once)

  • Receive a wristband to be permitted to serve
     
• Parking
  • Free parking is available in the 717 parking lot (You do not have to pay) on the corner of Harrison and Morgan Street.  Please park in this lot.
