2:00PM Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony Volunteer Sign up

Volunteers are needed to staff the Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony at 2:00PM on May 9th. We rely on our faculty, staff, and student volunteers to scan tickets, seat guests, assist with wayfinding, hold doors, and drive golf carts. Volunteer duties will be assigned upon arrival for the volunteer shift.

Timeline:

12:00PM Volunteers arrive

1:00PM Doors open

2:00PM Ceremony begins

4:00PM Ceremony ends

Please be aware that there will be heavy traffic surrounding the Convention Center as you arrive for this volunteer shift. There is a quick turn around between ceremonies and the morning ceremony will be ending as you arrive. Please plan extra time for transit and parking.
