We 're seeking a tech -savvy volunteer to help support the Zion's Legacy Walk Business Award Ceremony .This role involves assisting with audio - visual setup ,monitoring Zoom recording, troubleshooting technical issues ,coordinating with the event team,and managing the slideshow honoring Zion during the program.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with setting up and testing AV equipment
- Help monitor Zoom recording and live streaming
- Operate the slideshow during the event and coordinate timing with the speakers
- Troubleshoot any technical problems quickly
- Work closely with the technical rehearsal coordinator and event staff

- Comfortable with Zoom ,AV technology ,and slideshow software ( eg powerpoint
- Good problem -solving and communication skills
Previous event tech support experience is a plus but not required
