Spring Creek Food Hub & NWA Glean

Please join us for the National Day of Volunteering! With our event, you will be working with both NWA Glean, which works with farmers to collect their unharvested crop, process it, and donate it to the NWA Food Bank, to allow individuals access to nutrient-dense local food that is ready to eat.  Spring Creek Food Hub is a non-profit food hub that works with farmers and provides them with technical support, wholesale readiness training, and crop planning support. We then distribute the local produce to schools, non-profits, and institutions. For this event, please wear closed-toed shoes, bring a hair tie if you have long hair, and a jacket or sweatshirt for the refrigerators.
