AUDM x EAH Volunteer Opportunities!

Auburn University Dream Makers’ Registered Volunteers have the opportunity to serve in a variety of capacities at East Alabama Hospital.

Volunteers play a meaningful role in supporting families right here in our community. As we continue to build our relationship with EAH, this mission of service remains central to our work.

Please see below for information on each volunteer team and the responsibilities that align with their service:

Creative Team – Bringing joy through decor, crafts, and family-centered activities

Care & Support Team / Reading Hour – Volunteers will support families with a warm welcome, front desk assistance, and help with paperwork. In addition, they will create meaningful moments by reading to children and their siblings, fostering comfort and connection through books.

Special Events Team – Supporting families by assisting with events such as pop-up clinics, Muffins with Mom/Donuts with Dad, Christmas banquets, and more

Together, our volunteers help ensure that families in the NICU feel cared for and supported.

UNIFORM: Please wear your AUDM T-shirt and Navy Scrub Pants for every volunteer shift!!
