South Austin Neighborhood Park Spring Cleanup!

Join friends and neighbors volunteering for a fun and family-friendly work event for the Spring 2026 It’s My Park Day on Saturday, March 7th; 10am - noon in South Austin Neighborhood Park!

We will be collecting brush and fallen branches and picking up trash throughout the park and in the wooded area along West Bouldin Creek.

In addition to the satisfaction of sprucing up South Austin's beloved neighborhood park, volunteers can also take advantage of freebies and discounts from several local businesses as a thank you for participating. Registering using the Austin Parks Foundation GivePulse link below allows you to reserve your free Spring 2026 IMPD t-shirt designed by local artists and helps us plan for appropriate amount of supplies and snacks.

Please bring your own water bottle, and work gloves if you have them. Wear long pants and sturdy shoes that cover your feet. We will provide tools and a brief training session.

We will meet at 9:45am the Stone Crest entrance off of Fieldcrest Drive on the north side of the park. The work event will be from 10am until noon on Saturday March 7th. There is plenty of free parking in the South Austin Rec Center and Tennis Center parking lots on the south side of the park and limited parking on nearby neighborhood streets.
