UTSA Health Professions Fair 2026 Student Volunteeer Sign-up

The Health Profession Fair is a one-day event set up to connect interested pre-health profession students to a number of health professions programs and their representatives. 

We are looking for volunteers to assist us in a variety of roles for the day of the event from 8:30AM - 2:30PM. 
Location: Student Union Denman Ballroom
1 hour shifts available

Volunteering at the Health Professions Fair is an fantastic opportunity to network with schools, programs and professionals across various pathways, enhance your resume with valuable experience, and develop essential communication and organizational skills. Plus, you will be giving back to the roadrunner community while earning documented volunteer hours. 

Health Professions Fair Volunteer Roles

• Event Greeters – Welcome attendees, provide directions, and answer general questions. 
• School Table Liaisons & Floaters – Assist representatives from medical, dental, and health-related schools by providing support and addressing their needs. Support other volunteers as needed.
• Peer Resource Table – Assist students with questions, directions or offer to go with students to visit a table if they are nervous.
