STEM Day at Bluford STEM Academy

Tri-Beta volunteers will be partnering with Bluford STEM Academy to support a hands-on STEM Day experience for elementary school scholars. Volunteers will be stationed in the school cafeteria and organized into two activity groups, facilitating interactive STEM demonstrations for students.

Grade levels will rotate through the cafeteria during their scheduled rotation times, allowing all students to participate in the activities. Volunteers will guide students through engaging, age-appropriate, hands-on demonstrations designed to spark curiosity, encourage critical thinking, and make STEM fun and accessible.

This event is a great opportunity to support STEM education in the local community, work directly with students, and serve as role models for young scholars. Volunteers should be prepared to work with children in a structured, team-based environment.
