Whoooo'se Who?

I joined the Math Kickoff Marathon Event - Virtual. It was very engaging and the sponsor was very positive. I joined with a friend. There were icebreakers and they were the most creative ones I had encountered. There were tips and tricks she had offered and positivity. There were math problems and math trivia and it really played with your mind. It was something new. After there was a Kahoot, I did not make it to top 3 but my friend made the 1st winner.

This Whoooo'se Who? event was so much fun! Playing games, eating pizza, and best of all meeting the students and staff. I enjoyed this event very much!

In this event I was able to meet most people in the Promise Scholarship and was able to see the type of people they were. We played games and talked about our lives before entering college. We learned each other's characteristics, their majors, why they chose it, and why they are so passionate about it. It was really nice getting to know new people and especially our Promise Scholarship team.

Im a very nervous person I went in and sat at the empty table hoping to socialize minimal and get the hours but I met two awesome people. I forgot their names already but I hope to see them in the next in person event.

I enjoyed meeting the new scholars!!!!
