Second Saturday Workday

Today we had 15 people representing Girl Troop 4540, We worked with Roy, and he showed us how to chop & drop, plant sweet potato slips, spread compost, and layer mulch a path in front of the sweet potato berm. The mulberries. loquats, and lambs quarters were ripe for picking and eating. Precious, the dog, came around to spread more joy. Everyone had such a good time that they unanimously suggested we come back in May. We hope the student study and exam schedules allow for us to return!
