Coming into this meeting I actually thought I was going to choose to do my hours with Health Centers in schools, but I sat in a meeting with Audubon Hospisce and it grabbed my attention. I am picking this option in the idea that I can go to this facility and help those older patients in need.

Meet The Community Partner Sessions provide a great opportunity to interact with Fran U students who are seeking Service Learning opportunities. Many of the students we met with expressed a desire to step out of their "comfort zone" in order to learn more about the Hospice Philosophy and the positive impact they can have on patients and families dealing with life limiting illnesses.
