Adopt-a-Creek: Keep Austin Beautiful Day 2023

Your Site Leader for this site will be Bekah Tangney. She will have your supplies, helpful safety guidelines, and further instructions for you.

Event Details

Agenda: We'll be pulling up the invasive Johnsongrass and planting a native seed mix in its place!

Location: The trails behind the Speyside neighborhood, running next to Harris Branch Creek between Harris Branch Parkway and Boyce Ln.

Parking: Available along Kilmartin Ln or Boyce Ln.

Things to Bring: Full water bottle, a light snack, durable clothes (long pants and close-toed shoes), sun protection, your favorite gardening gloves if you have them (but otherwise we will provide supplies!)

If you are no longer able to attend, please cancel your shift at your earliest convenience to re-open those spots for registration.

Thanks again for being involved in making Austin such a unique and beautiful place to live and experience!
