Yesterday, November 3rd, I volunteered with the SPCA of the Triad. It was a really meaningful experience because I enjoyed being around the animals and knowing I was helping make their day a little better. It made me realize how much patience, care, and love animals need, especially those waiting to find a home. Since I am interested in animal science, this experience also made me more excited about potentially working with animals in the future. I was happy knowing that even the smallest things I did could make a difference, and I would love to volunteer again!

This was my first time voting and I’m so honored that I was able to cast my vote and make my voice heard.
Attending the Nolan Wells March was a meaningful experience that reminded me of the importance of unity, community, and standing up for what you believe in. As a first-year student at NC A&T, I learned the importance of getting involved and being part of positive change.
This was my second time doing this community service event, and It’s just as great as the first time. I loved interacting with the people in need and also just being able to do some hands-on work with plating the food was very fun as well.
It was a fun and rewarding experience to help clean up the community. Seeing cars pass by and honk in support, along with people stopping to tell us “great job,” made the experience even more meaningful and showed me that our efforts were making a difference.
