Was Great! I got to serve food, and clean tables and the floor. I also was able to eat with the people there and met some great people who were very friendly.

It was good. Mainly just organizing, packing, and cleaning containers with food and bags.

I was tasked with moving the Geico donations and organizing all the bags and products that were put in with them. I met some of the Brookdale employees and learned a lot about the inner workings of the place. Note for anyone who donates to shelters: Organize it based on product then send it. Makes it easier for the workers.

I worked the food line and served dinner, alongside taking out trash and cleaning tables. That and making good small talk with the people there!

I served food and cleaned tables for dinner at the shelter. Very good experience, and will definitely come back!
