It was great to hear from Emily about Circles NWA. It was nice to hear about various volunteer opportunities in the community.

The mileage is included in the photos, the total mileage was 11.53 miles for 5.765 hours of service. This is a great way to get involved. This is a very important organization, and I think having an event like this be so easily accessible is so very important. I am proud to have been a part of this.
Wore blue in honor of world autism awareness day. Great way to show support. Since social media is such a prevalent platform in our day to day lives, being able to post stories like this ensures a large audience gets the message.
Drove around Fayetteville and posted pink bows to spread awareness.
Donated 2 bags of candy for the Easter Egg Hunt in exchange for 3 service hours. This was a great way to give back to the community. I'm glad the kids were able to have an egg hunt for Easter with an abundance of candy!
Great opportunity to learn about how to be careful this spring break (both mentally and physically). We were reminded of how to stay present and stay safe while on spring break, and I will make sure to use the following ideas to help me stay mindful: take my time, be present, and reflect.
I am a note-taker for my microbiology lecture this semester. This not only has helped the students that are benefitting from my notes, but I have found that it has helped me prepare better for my exams as well. I am adding this impact now, but am taking notes for the whole semester.
This survey is a great way to make sure there are more volunteer opportunities for students. Since I mainly find out about volunteer opportunities through my sorority, making sure that non-greek students have access to volunteer opportunities is important. This form will hopefully make sure that the VAC can update for the better.
