I delivered meals along a new route to homebound seniors, which gave me the opportunity to connect with several of the individuals I was serving. While dropping off the meals, I was able to spend a few moments talking with them and checking in on how they were doing. It was meaningful to interact with people who may not get many visitors throughout the day, and even small conversations seemed to brighten their mood.
