Cecilia Calva

I helped out in different parts of the symposium. I started out by helping the poster presenters find their designated spot and set up their posters. I also helped Olivia go get the drinks for the lunch and set up the meals once they arrived. I then helped with putting up the leftover meals and taking them back to SciTech. After that we went to set up the snacks and awards at the auditorium. I ended up staying till three to try to help out where needed.
