I enjoy greeting the faculty members as they walk in, as well as the graduates' families. Most of the time, they are all so relieved that someone knows where they're supposed to go and can point them in the right direction. Always a pleasant experience!

I enjoy greeting the faculty members, as well as graduates' families (and people arriving at the hotel for their stay or dinner!) Most of the time, it's fun interactions, and most of the families are so grateful that someone knows where they are supposed to go and is taking the time to point them in the right direction. Always a fulfilling role.
