I loved the experience! The kids were so sweet and attentive, very receptive to the information regarding Juneteenth. It's funny; when you tell kids the truth they are normally very receptive.

What a wonderful event and opportunity for our youth in the community. Every aspect of the program showcased and enriched the full length of the artistic spectrum (visual arts, painting, writing, storytelling, poetry, etc.) This is critical for youth of any community; fostering the interests of the next generation is critical to shaping the world they will participate in building. I loved their enthusiasm and engagement, and was enraptured by the dedication exemplified by their executive director and every educator who worked with the youth.

I look forward to attending this event in the future, and to its inevitable expansion!
