It was a nice refresher. I learned some new things like that MSFAA could be turned in even now , I had thought that the window had closed. Most of the thing I already knew but some information was new

This was honestly more fun than I expected it to be, pizza bolis was served which is one of my favorite pizzas. It was nice to see my friend that I haven't be able to see that much this semester. I ended up playing twister which was honestly a lot of fun. We played with these three other girls I didn't know but we all were having a good time. Overall I really fun way to wrap up the semester.
I really enjoyed this mini-session because it made me realize that you can gain so many different opportunities from different places. It doesn't necessarily have to be from a certain place. I enjoyed her story on how it that she came to work for the college and all of the connextions that she was able to make from different jobs. I found it impressive how she mentioned how she worked for a congress women and how she was in charge of certain things for her
Some of the things that were talked about I already knew but some things were new to me, for example the fact that some employers use a ATS software. One thing that was really helpful for me was how he said to list soft skills that apply for the job you are applying to not just random ones.
This was an educating session. Some of the stuff I already knew but others I didn’t not know. For example I didn’t know there was a digital ID, and that if you forget your student ID it can be used at the testing center. Overall a good educating session.
I think this session came at a good time during the semester. Lately I have been feeling more stressed due to balancing school and work. One thing that someone brought up that was very true is scrolling take a lot of our time now a days. There were some techniques that were given to help out and I definitely will be trying them.
This was something different for me. I found it really interesting when he talked about how the company first came to be and I could relate to it by the fact that Covid was the reason him and his brother became close and how tequila was involved in that bond. One of the things that I found the most interesting is the pointers that he gave us, that when you are pitching a company don’t just pitch the company but also yourself.
