I enjoyed being able to distribute copies of The Northwest Arkansas Scout Guide to local small business. Not only does this promote sales of small business, it helps our local economy and supports various non-profits!
I am so thankful I had the opportunity to spend a week in Guatemala installing water filters in homes and sharing the Gospel. Seeing communities without access to clean water was incredibly challenging, yet I learned that the people I talked with were incredibly resilient and still had faith, despite lots of hardship!
I loved getting to slow down for a moment and create 6 cards for survivors. It was a sweet study break and a reminder that even small gestures can ripple outward and brighten someone’s world.
I was able to restock areas of the food pantry and welcome people in while answering visitors questions.
I loved being able to help the UARK community and the sustainability for the environment by sorting food in the union.
