I loved the experience of meeting people from UNCW that were coming out to support the Good Shepherd. We learned about their mission and how they operate. Through the time spent organizing kitchen supplies, bagging food, and delivering food, I was able to reflect on my own service to communities in the past. I haven't attended many community service opportunities and I was able to reflect on why I should join more opportunities. I was able to spark conversations with people I have never meet and learn more about their backgrounds. Many of us where coming from UNCW and were able to learn about each others career paths. I hope this isn't my only experience at the Good Shepherd Center.
