MHEC One if unable to get FAFSA
This transfer session truly put the reality of transfering in my head. I am continuing to improve and maintain my gpa to be eligible for the UMBC's transfer program. I knew an average amount of information before the meeting as well.
I heavily enjoyed the session. I’m not big on politics but the session made me more interested in politics, what regulations are in place, and who are in these positions of power in Maryland. I feel a little more calm about Trumps election result because of the session and the possibilities that he could set in place. I wanted to ask a question, but I was too nervous to ask it. I was going to ask about the possibility of police immunity and gay marriage rights and seeing what that would look like. I also meant to get his card but again I was too nervous. Overall, he did a really good job at explaining everything coherently and what information he spoke on.
I enjoyed the experience. It was very hot in the room compared to the last restocking I did. There were seven of us including myself and we had a big order to stock today. There was less teamwork then last time but I talked to people more than I did last time. Overall the experience was good and I’d definitely do it again.
I enjoyed the event. When I first arrived, I got some pizza and chocolate. Then I saw an old friend I didn't know was on the scholarship and made some new friends. I also got a Promise scholarship t-shirt, which I'm happy about because I wanted to have school merch. There was also some good music and games, though I just stuck to myself for a good piece of the event.
