This event was a Paint and Sip, in which the PGCC art club met up to create and share different artworks. I ended up watercolor painting Satoru Gojo from the anime Jujutsu Kaisen.
During this scholarship meeting, we got to know some things about Ashanti Martinez, who is very inspiring to me. Being the first openly gay person in the house of delegates is something that strengthens my faith in our state of Maryland.
At the Halloween Kickback hosted by CAB, I and other volunteers helped to set up tables, provide snacks and drinks, and clean up the community room in which the event was held. I enjoyed being able to make sure that everyone was taken care of during this time.

This was my second day at art club, which included having a drawing challenge where we tried to draw an image in different amounts of time. This was very fun and honestly a little stressful!
This was my first meeting at art club, and during it, we introduced ourselves to each other. On top of this, we played Pictionary on the board in groups, drawing different words and trying to guess them. This was a very fun experience for me!
At this town hall meeting, I, among other students, helped to prepare the wings being served to the attendees. While we were there, we listened to the speakers talk about plans of change and address certain questions about the school, like regarding the cafeteria and SGA, as well as voting registration.
During this meeting, I enjoyed spending time discovering and discussing my leadership styles with the rest of the scholars and leaders. I enjoyed finding out more about myself and thinking about how things may change in the future depending on what I experience and learn.
