It was heartwarming being able to see how their faces lit up when they saw us college students come in and help them out with their everyday tasks.

I really liked helping them out because I felt like i had a chance to help the older community out and give back.

I really liked being able to take care of the elderly. It reminded me of my grandparents and gave me a realization of how much help everybody needs.

It was great being able to value the older community and to hear their stories and what they did for their careers. It was one of my favorite memories of serving the community.

I really liked this experience as I saw so many people come together to make it work for the homeless people. I was grateful for the chance to connect with the leaders and people working there. I made a connection with a lady over a corgie.

I saw the joy that they got from seeing us volunteer and help the community out. I have realized I like working with patients and people who see the work we do rather than going to a thrift store. I feel like I get more out of the experience and I have more to talk about!

I liked seeing people brighten with happiness from seeing us. I felt a wave of joy from the elderly as they were overjoyed to see us helping the community in an impactful way.
