I figured out my topic by using my bill I wrote for YIG as a reference. This is a relevant issue in Eagan because we’ve had lakes be permanently damaged by runoff and pollutants. With over 150,000 visitors annually It is vital to protect our boundary waters because they are a large part of Minnesota's wildlife.
