I served for Crossroads College serve weekend and was initially signed up for the food pantry but ended up at the wildlife activity. This was fun because I talked to younger kids about college life, and we went outside and played games with them.
I loved volunteering for College Serve Day with Renew Atlanta and The Believers House. This is my second year volunteering for the Salvation Army, and it's always been one of my favorite service projects. The children were amazing, and I enjoyed getting to talk to the parents, as well.
I enjoy being with the kids at Wilderness Works and talking to the middle school students about Spelman College and college in general and the things they should be doing in order to prepare.
