Scholarship Night #2

The event had a lot of information on how to create a healthy environment for young men from an early age. this event also had important information about healthy relationships and the importance of confirmation words when talking to your partner. The presenters of the workshop talked about a culture and community free of violence and the importance of teaching young adults how to behave and respect women. it was a meeting full of information that helped us as a community.

This event helped me understand that the gpa is something that should indicate who you really are. The person who did the presentation was also persuasive and showed us ways that people can succeed in life with a low gpa

In this event we were able to discuss was a GPA was, Genius, Passion, and Action. When he asked what a GPA was I was certain I knew the answers but I wouldn't have expected that. The guest speaker advised us that in order for our lives not to be boring we had to be active. He showed us this by giving us exciting words to say and moving our bodies during the event.
