Scholarship Night #2

It was very motivational as I was really going through it this semester!

I really appreciated this event! Especially when the hosts of Collegiate Empowerment broke down what GPA means to them. It was fun to analyze my strengths and my weaknesses and also realize that education isn't everything! While education is incredibly important and also a powerful tool, I should remember that I'm a person as well and I have my own specific interests and weaknesses. It's important to hone both, but by growing my strength the most I can have my own level of personal growth. Additionally, it was fun to have a high-energy host and I enjoyed winding down. This semester has been a lot to adjust to, so overall the entire meeting was enjoyable!

At the second scholarship night, I was reminded of the requirement I need to be in good standing with the program. I was also given goals insights from the guest speaker about my gpa, which is important for my academic career.
