I volunteered at the Capital Area Food Bank for the first time. I worked with other volunteers to package boxes of food that would later be given to residents facing food insecurity in the DMV area.
I volunteered with the Food Recovery Network again to deliver extra food, that would otherwise go to waste, from TDR to the James Creek Resident Council.
Coordinating with Turning the Page + helping to set up booksale on AU's quad. Turning the Page uses its booksale to provide educational resources and programs to families in order to support youth development in public educaiton. I have worked with Turning the Page to coordinate this event in the past, and it was a joy to do so again!
