Met with Turning the Page faculty, helped unpack truck and with set-up, and helped to pack up truck when the book sale finished.

Led a grammar Kahoot for the students and assisted with a teamwork building activity.

Helped student with math homework in Spanish and helped to facilitate teamwork building activity for the students.

Worked with a student in Spanish to help with his math homework and played Kahoot with all the students in the program.

We did an activity where the students had to choose songs they knew that encapsulated different themes, such as conflict resolution, gratitude, and resilience.

It was nice to be back at Ida B. Wells after being an education advocate for them last semester, so the students already knew who I was and I already knew most of the students. This week I specifically worked with one of the students who primarily only speaks Spanish, so I helped him with his math homework while conversing in Spanish.
