    LGBTQIA+ Community Building Speaker:
During this guest speaker I learned a lot about how people within the LGBTQIA community are affected by things around them such as communities, and the people around them. One key point in this lecture of guests speaker is that he did very well on explaining the idea of how we talk to others and how that can be In some ways degrading or offensive depending on the person and regardless of what age you are. This contributes to the overall Idea of agesim and how this can make our elders or younger kids feel bad about others talking to them a certain way and down upon on.

Racial Equality and Justice MLK day: Celebration
    Reflection:
In summary, I really enjoyed watching the MLK Jr. Celebration. I learned in this video that we celebrate MLK Day not just for his speech but for what he also did as a civil rights activists for the black community and how he impacted his community in showing leadership within his speech. Throughout MLK Jr.'s life he tried tied to spread the question "What does meaningful change require?" He asked this question to almost everyone he came upon and within his speech. Throughout the celebration speech I really thought about this question and I believe that meaningful change requires to have a community, that shares a common goal. They have teamwork and determination to spread the goal and action to put the change into motion to provide it to the audience that they want. This I believe is what the journey was like for MLK and the process of him writing his speech. I believe that overall that it is important to continue to recognize the accomplishments that he made and celebrate why it is important to have a meaningful change within our lives to combat anything that might come up for us in the future. This MLK Jr. Day celebration was also to remember what he did in his civil rights movements with his speech of freedom and to destroy the idea of racism. This will always be prevalent today because unfortunately, while his speech did a lot to help, unfortunately there are still acts seen of racism. We celebrate him to remember each year that it is important to go back and reflect on the fact that he had this speech of freedom and to end racism to remember his ideas to and have meaningful ideas to changes like his famous speech on freedom and racism.
