It was an informative experience. The one thing I found most helpful was how to create a custom email signature. Apart from that, everything else was common sense regarding professionalism.
This workshop taught me a lot about respecting other people's time and communicating on a professional level. I also learned to come prepared for appointments and cancel ahead if needed. I can definitely apply these lessons when communicating with professors and others.
I had a great understanding of the example that were given to know how to best email any person.
In this workshop, I learned a lot of things that could help me succeed in college. For example, I learned how to create an email signature in Outlook, which was pretty cool, how to write emails, and how to communicate professionally in different settings. Overall, it was very informative, and I plan to use what I learned moving forward.
My review for these instructions was good. What I reflect was that how emails are created and how to specifically make these emails good and readable in general. My feedback is good.
I thought this mini session was very helpful; it helped me understand the appropriate way of writing emails for college and responding to them. It also taught me how to create a signature for them.
This session encouraged me to be more mindful of how I communicate, making sure I fully comprehend what is being asked of me before replying to an email and that I'm considerate of the recipient, setting, and form of communication.
